Alex Pretti, shot and killed by a federal agent in Minneapolis, grew up in Green Bay

Family members say Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old man who was shot and killed by a federal officer in Minneapolis, was an intensive care nurse at a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs hospital who cared deeply about people and was upset by President Donald Trump's immigration crackdown in the city.
