Daniel is in the worst of all worlds because the government clearly has an espionage investigation into him, and now this is a sword of Damocles hanging over his head, that he could be indicted any day or years from now for--for espionage because the government suspects that he is a source of information about the drone program that the government doesn't want out there.

I've discussed with my lawyers to the full extent everything that I think that this investigation could be about. A lot of that is details that I simply could never talk about on film, but what I will say is that it's likely to do with the fact that I am someone who has both worked for the intelligence community and who's politically active, and therefore they are suspicious of my, uh--of my background.
