Q and A with Inga
- People always ask me why we started Around the Farm Table.
Well, we started it because as a farmer myself, I knew the importance of being able to share our stories with all of the people throughout the state.
So we decided to do a series about Wisconsin food and farming.
It's been really amazing to get to meet all of the producers and farmers that I've gotten to meet.
Everyone from folks raising heritage breed hogs, to pumpkin seed oil, to all kinds of different heirloom varieties of vegetables, beautiful home-grown teas, and, of course, Wisconsin cheesemakers.
I am so excited to get to celebrate these hardworking farmers and amazing artisan food producers and share them all with you here in Wisconsin.
