Justice-Elect Jill Karofsky on her Victory

Dane County Judge Jill Karofsky won a 10-year term over incumbent Daniel Kelly, shaving the state Supreme Court's conservative majority down to 4-3. Justice-Elect Jill Karofsky is only the third candidate since 1967 to unseat a justice.
