How Partisan Are Judicial Races?

UW-Green Bay political science professor Aaron Weinschenk discusses his new article in WisContext.org that delves into how judicial races have become more partisan. He says that "we are in new territory now where each new election seems to outpace the previous." He adds that a benefit of making judicial races partisan is that it could drive higher turnout.
