[audience applauds] One, two, three, four.
["Clocks" by Coldplay] Lights go out and I can't be saved Tides that I've tried to swim against Brought me down upon my knees Oh, I beg, I beg and plead Singin' come out of things unsaid Shoot an apple off my head And a trouble that can't be named A tiger's waiting to be tamed, singing You are You are - Johnny Rutledge: Sing along if you like.
Confusion that never stops The closing walls and the ticking clocks Gonna come back and take you home Should not stop that you now know Singing come out upon my seas Cursed missed opportunities Am I a part of the cure Or am I part of the disease, singing You are You are You are You are Sing along.
You are You are And nothing else compares And nothing else compares And nothing else compares Hello Madison!
[audience cheers] Woo!
Great to have you here.
You are You are Home, home, where I wanted to go Home, home, where I wanted to go Home, home, where I wanted to go Home, home, where I wanted to go [audience applauds and cheers] Woo!
– Kathryn Rose: Hello, hello Madison.
Thank you so much for being here.
Do you know, this is, like, the highlight show of our summer.
Let's hear it for Maestro Andrew Sewell and your Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra!
[audience applauds and cheers] Thank you.
So, you know, we're trying something a little new, you know.
We're breaking out of the classic rock and we're gonna play some modern pop earworms.
You know what earworms are, right?
They get inside your head and they won't let go, and you might need to see the doctor.
These are our jams.
Maybe they'll be some of your jams too.
For tonight, you got the four of us.
We are gonna work here as a tag team.
I am Kathryn Rose.
This is Rique Franks here, and this is Gavin Hope.
And this guy who just sang the heck outta "Clocks" by Coldplay, all the way from Pensacola, Johnny Rutledge.
Look at that shirt.
[audience applauds] - Thank you.
- You got some fringe.
- Thank you, friends.
– Kathryn: Fringe happening.
I love it.
So this next song was recorded by Adele.
Here we go, "Rolling in the Deep."
["Rolling in the Deep" by Adele] There's a fire starting in my heart Reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark Finally I can see you crystal clear Go ahead and sell me out and I'll lay your ship bare See how I'll leave with every piece of you Don't underestimate the things that I will do There's a fire starting in my heart Reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark The scars of your love remind me of us They keep me thinking that we almost had it all The scars of your love they leave me breathless I can't help feeling We coulda had it all You're gonna wish you Rolling in the deep Never had met me Tears are gonna fall Rolling in the deep You had my heart inside You're gonna wish you Of your hands Never had met me And you played it Tears are gonna fall To the beat Rolling in the deep Baby, I have no story to be told But I've heard one on you Now I'm gonna make your head burn Think of me in the depths of your despair Make a home down there, as mine sure won't be shared You're gonna wish you The scars of your love Never had met me Remind me of us Tears are gonna fall They keep me thinking Rolling in the deep That we almost had it all You're gonna wish you The scars of your love Never had met me They leave me breathless Tears are gonna fall I can't help feeling Rolling in the deep We coulda had it all You're gonna wish you Never had met me Rolling in the deep Tears are gonna fall Rolling in the deep You had my heart inside You're gonna wish you Of your hands Never had met me And you played it Tears are gonna fall To the beat Rolling in the deep We coulda had it all Rolling in the deep You had my heart inside of your hands And you played it - Johnny: Here we go!
To the beat, oh Throw my soul through every open door, whoa Count my blessings to find what you look for, whoa Turn my sorrow into treasured gold, whoa You pay me back in kind and reap what you've just sown You're gonna wish you never had met me We could've had it all Tears are gonna fall Rolling in the deep We could've had it all You're gonna wish you Never had met me It all, it all, it all Tears are gonna fall Rolling in the deep We coulda had it all You're gonna wish you Never had met me Rolling in the deep Tears are gonna fall Rolling in the deep You had my heart inside You're gonna wish you Of your hands Never had met me And you played it Tears are gonna fall To the beat Rolling in the deep We coulda had it all You're gonna wish you Never had met me Rolling in the deep Tears are gonna fall Rolling in the deep You had my heart inside You're gonna wish you Of your hands Never had met me And you played it, you played it, you played it You played it to the beat [audience applauds and cheers] - Whoo!
- Whoo!
– Gavin: Kathryn Rose, with just a splash of Adele.
Getting the vibes, catching the feelings already.
How you feeling out there?
Nice and moist and humid and fabulous and ready to dance?
[audience cheers] Yes, can I get a yes?
– Audience: Yes!
- You feeling a little loco, maybe a little crazy?
Well, if that's the case, here's a little song for you.
["Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley] I remember when I remember, I remember when I lost my mind There was something so pleasant about that place Even your emotions have an echo in so much space, ooh And when you're out there without care Yeah, I was out of touch But it wasn't because I didn't know enough I just knew too much, well Maybe I'm crazy Maybe I'm crazy I think I'm crazy, possibly And I hope that you are having the time of your life But think twice That's my only advice Come on now, who do you, who do you, who do you Who do you think you are Ha ha ha, bless your soul You really think you're in control Well, maybe you're crazy Maybe you're crazy Maybe you're crazy Just like me My heroes had the heart To lose their lives out on the limb And all I remember is thinking I wanna be like them Ever since I was little Ever since I was little, it looked like fun And it's no coincidence I've come And I can die when I'm done Maybe I'm crazy Maybe you're crazy Maybe we're crazy, probably [singers vocalizing] Oooh Oooh Whooo Whooo Woo-hoo [audience applauds and cheers] - Johnny: Yes.
– Gavin: Thank you!
– Johnny: All right, it's time to slow it down just a little bit, I think, for the lovers out there.
["Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran] When your legs don't work like they used to before And I can't sweep you off of your feet Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love And will your eyes still smile from your cheeks Darling, I will be loving you 'til we're 70 And baby my heart could still fall as hard at 23 I'm thinking about how People fall in love in mysterious ways Maybe just the touch of a hand But me, I fall in love with you every single day And I just wanna tell you I am So honey now Take me into your loving arms Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars Place your head on my beating heart I'm thinking out loud Maybe we found love right where we are When my hair's almost gone and my memory fades And the crowds don't remember my name When my hands don't play the strings the same way, mm I know you will still love me the same 'Cause honey, your soul can never grow old, it's evergreen And baby, your smile's forever in my mind and memory And I'm thinking 'bout how People fall in love in mysterious ways Maybe it's all part of a plan But I'll just keep on making the same mistakes Hoping that you'll understand That baby now Take me into your loving arms Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars Place your head on my beating heart I'm thinking out loud Maybe we found love right where we are, oh [guitar solo] Ah la la la la la la Whoo!
Mr. Peter Brennan on guitar.
So baby now Take me into your loving arms Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars Oh darling, place your head on my beating heart Thinking out loud Maybe we found love right where we are Baby, we found love right where we are We found love right where we are [audience applauds and cheers] Thank you so much.
["No Time to Die" by Billie Eilish] [somber piano music] I should've known I'd leave alone Just goes to show That the blood you bleed Is just the blood you owe We were a pair But I saw you there Too much to bear You were my life But life is far away from fair Was I stupid to love you Was I reckless to help Was it obvious to everybody else That I'd fallen for a lie You were never on my side Fool me once, fool me twice Are you death or paradise Now you'll never see me cry There's just no time to die I let it burn You're no longer my concern Faces from my past return Another lesson left to learn That I'd fallen for a lie You were never on my side Fool me once, fool me twice Are you death or paradise Now you'll never see me cry There's just no time to die No time to die, ooh No time to die, ooh Fool me once, fool me twice Are you death or paradise Now you'll never see me cry There's just no time to die [audience applauds and cheers] - Thank you.

A Memphian from Tennessee, and this is a song by Chris Stapleton, "Tennessee Whiskey."
– Andrew: One, two, three.
["Tennessee Whiskey" by Chris Stapleton] [slow bluesy guitar music] Used to spend my nights out in the barroom Liquor was the only love I've known But you rescued me from reachin' for the bottom And brought me back from being too far gone You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey You're as sweet as strawberry wine You're as warm as a glass of brandy And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time Well I've looked for love in all the same old places Found the bottom of the bottle always dry But when you poured out your heart, I didn't waste it 'Cause there's nothing like your love that gets me high And you're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey You're as sweet as strawberry wine You're as warm as a glass of brandy Honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time, yeah Come on, Peter.
[bluesy guitar solo] You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey You're as sweet as strawberry wine You're as warm, you're as warm as a glass of brandy Honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time Sing it again You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey As Tennessee whiskey Whoa, Tennessee whiskey Whooo You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey As Tennessee whiskey As Tennessee whiskey [audience applauds and cheers] - Rique Franks, Peter Brennan.

– Audience: Yeah!
– Gavin: Yo!
["In Another Life" by The Killers] Is this the life you chose yourself Or just how it ended up Is that the yard you pictured when You closed your eyes and dreamed Of children in the grass running through the sprinklers Being somebody's wife Or were you living in another life When will I make it home When I damn well feel like driving Down these empty streets That burn through our birthright I saw a couple kids holding hands on the street tonight They reminded me of us in another life Am I the man of your desire Or just a guy from your hometown Are these the arms that you pictured when You pictured yourself wrapped around Baby, I can vouch for the hopeless dreamer When you look at me Am I the man you hoped I'd be When will I make it home When that jukebox in the corner Stops playing country songs of stories That sound like mine I spent my best years laying rubber on the factory line Wonder what I would've been in another life In another life In another life In another life [audience applauds and cheers] - Johnny: Whoo!
