WPR's 'The Morning Show': The Politics of Pardons

Wisconsin's pardon power went unused during Gov. Scott Walker's eight years in office, but Gov. Tony Evers has enthusiastically revived it. On Oct. 4, 2021, Wisconsin Public Radio's "The Morning Show" interviewed journalists from PBS Wisconsin and WPR who examined the complicated history of pardons and their future.
