Democratic presidential candidates flocked to Milwaukee to speak at the League of United Latino American Citizens national convention, the same week President Trump held a fundraiser in the same city. Former league president Hector Flores discusses the importance of Wisconsin and the state’s Latino voters in the upcoming 2020 election.
