Brennan Responds to Lame Duck Suit, Capital Budget

Gov. Tony Evers’s Department of Administration Secretary Joel Brennan weighs in on the week’s news that includes the state’s Building Commission rejecting the governor’s capital budget and a judge’s ruling on December’s lame duck session. On Republican concerns over borrowing in the budget, Brennan says “I don’t know it’s something they can’t stomach, they just don’t like the chef.”
