The Wisconsin Badgers Facebook page posted the image above to their Timeline this morning, so it must be time for hockey! (Gosh knows it feels cold enough outside to start freezing the ponds.)

This year, The Wisconsin Channel from Wisconsin Public Television is again your home for Wisconsin Hockey. The broadcast season kicks off this Friday with the home opening contest against Colorado College from the Kohl Center in Madison. The game will be broadcast statewide on The Wisconsin Channel tape-delayed at 10 p.m. You can find the channel over-the-air in WPT xx.2 spot of your digital receiver, or check your local cable lineup to see which channel spot is The Wisconsin Channel.

Better yet, log on to The Wisconsin Channel Web stream all season long to watch the games online as Coach Mike Eaves and his crew try to fight their way back to another National Championship.

The full schedule of games on The Wisconsin Channel is posted below. Most games will be broadcast at 10 p.m., but check the WPT Sports page for confirmed broadcast times closer to each game.
