It’s not often that Kermit the Frog shares the stage with President Obama and his family. Well this year, the magic of Christmas has brought them, Carson Daly and some top musical acts together for the National Christmas Tree Lighting.

Gather the family and join in the festivities held at President’s Park on the White House grounds. Some of the highlights you’ll see include: carols from Rodney Atkins, Ellie Goulding and Nickelodeon’s Big Time Rush;  Michelle Obama reading ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas; and, some tree decorating tips from Kermit the Frog. Even Santa Claus takes time out of his busy schedule to see the nation’s tree.
