After a Successful Year, Green Fire Premieres on WPT

From Cedar Rapids to the Czech Republic, Green Fire has been screened around the world at several film festivals in the past year. Now, the popular documentary film comes to Wisconsin Public Television.
The film’s website offers the following description:
The first full-length documentary film ever made about legendary environmentalist Aldo Leopold, Green Fire highlights Leopold’s extraordinary career, tracing how he shaped and influenced the modern environmental movement. Leopold remains relevant today, inspiring projects all over the country that connect people and land.
Green Fire premieres on WPT at 8 p.m. Friday, but you can watch the full-length film online via the WPT video player after Friday’s premiere. We’ll link to the full episode on the Green Fire page, where you can also find air dates for several encore showings.
