Dells Park Indian Village
I was born in Chicago. My parents, my mother is Elaina Greendeer from the Blackdeer family. My father is George Greendeer. Interesting folks because my mom is so deep-rooted in our cultural ways.
This is part of my mom's side coming out. My dad is one of the most extraordinary business folks. Excellent mind, excellent personality, good reader of souls. He did a lot with the Dells Park Indian Village.
The Dells Park Indian Village was very central to the marketplace for people to go out and see a real Indian. To touch one, to get your picture taken with one, to wear something that looked Indian to them. We provide exhibition dances, songs, stories. We showed people making their crafts.
