So the main thing is you gotta keep your heals in, your toes out and make sure you keep on breathing. Otherwise, you'll pass out on that pole. You might stop breathing just like choosing to? No, you don't want to stop breathing. Okay. Every time you throw that rope, exhale so you make sure you breathe more on your way up. Okay, those are good techniques. Keeps you going. Let's see this in action.
