Once again Sweden Island is a hive of activity. (intense music) Everything that we have done in the last few months, every day we were trying to reach to this point and this moment this first concrete that you will see going in now, it's that moment. That we all are waiting for. (intense music) -

For guaranteed strength this high density concrete mix must dry as one solid mass as it sets around the structural steel rebar. (intense music) That means supplying the foundations with an uninterrupted flow of 14,000 cubic feet of concrete. Produced at the island's very own concrete plant. We will receive each load of concrete from a mixer which is approximately 8 cubic meter only. So for this we need at least 50 loads and we are hoping that we can finish this activity in seven hours. -

After nearly 10 years of planning construction of the very first building on the Heart of Europe Resort is underway. This is us making history. We're building a new world in the Dubai itself. -
