I’m Frederica Freyberg tonight on “Here & Now,” we look at messages from the presidential candidates and how they’re resonating with Wisconsin voters. More two-year UW campuses are closing but there’s a new solution in sight. And a lawmaker and Milwaukee parent attempts to give context to the district’s dire financial situation.
