I’m Frederica Freyberg. Tonight on “Here & Now,” price shocks for fuel and fertilizer have Wisconsin farmers planning ahead. We hear from state Supreme Court candidates on the issue of abortion. And primary candidates for governor also offer their positions. State public defenders sound the alarm on staff shortages and we take a look at our new podcast, “Inside Wisconsin Politics.” It’s “Here & Now” for March 20.
