Topher Cochrane grew up just north of Chicago, enjoys the outdoors eating breakfast food at dinnertime.

He spent two years living aboard a sailboat: “Disco. That he owned with Ross.

Topher is into the craft of video, photography, music and advertising.  He tries to tell stories about people, that change the way we think about them.

He spent his childhood watching Star Wars, Back to the Future, and everything Wes Anderson made.  Topher makes films to chase feeling of watching great movies for the first time.

He made a documentary called “Chasing Bubbles” about the worst sailor to sail around the world.  It was selected for some film festivals, and ceremoniously uploaded to YouTube.

Topher works at Droga5 in New York, before that: Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, and Leo Burnett in Chicago.

He’s done notable films for Samsung, Nike, Old Spice, Jim Beam, McDonalds, and Miller High Life.

Laurie Adrianopoli grew up Northwest of Chicago, enjoys being a patron of the arts, helping others, & telling good stories. Laurie went to college at DePaul University where she studied Digital Cinema & Computer Science.  She’s naturally curious about people & is passionate about telling interesting stories that open people’s hearts & minds. Laurie Adrianopoli is the Executive Producer of Colour at the Mill in Chicago. She brings with her over a decade of experience in Post Production.  Her background in Production includes collaborations on campaigns for high-profile clients including Guinness, Prada, Netflix, and HBO. Laurie has an innate trustworthiness with a broad range of clients and a deep sense of care for her work as well as consistently ensuring her team delivers premium quality creative from the onset of a project through to the final delivery.

Ross grew up in northwest Wisconsin (Rice Lake) and his childhood summers were spent working at a small family resort near Hayward where he learned to fish, hunt, and sail (all things he still loves).   He earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering at UW-Madison and has primarily worked as a software consultant specializing in data analytics  since graduating.  Outside of software consulting, he spent 2 years running a real estate tech startup in Chicago that was acquired in 2017 and also spent time as a baseball recruiting advisor.

Ross spent 6 months sailing with Alex throughout the Caribbean, the south Pacific, French Polynesian, and Madagascar.  He worked as a consulting producer on the Chasing Bubbles film.  In his free time, he helps his parents on their farm / orchard in northern Wisconsin and makes sausages.
