Kurt Sensenbrenner | Co-Director/Co-Producer, “From Mass to the Mountain”
Kurt is a freelance documentary filmmaker in Brooklyn, NY where he works as a cinematographer, camera operator and assistant camera person. Previously Kurt was the director of photography for the documentary short “The Game Changer”, about a dance choreographer who, through the Rehabilitation Through Arts program, teaches modern dance to male prisoners in upstate New York. It is currently screening in film festivals internationally.
Colin Sytsma | Co-Director/Co-Producer, “From Mass to the Mountain”
Colin is a Milwaukee based freelance documentary filmmaker who, after working at the award-winning documentary film company 371 Productions for two and a half years, started Wood Grain Media. Currently Colin is the director of photography on the feature documentary “When Claude Got Shot”, a 371 Production following a horrific gun violence incident and its aftermath. Previously Colin produced “Wisconsin’s Mining Standoff” for the television show “Fault Lines” on Al Jazeera America, and was the main location sound engineer on “There Are Jews Here”, a feature length story about what Jewish life looks like in small town America.
