If this were to come to auction, if we don't know where this place is, if it's an unidentified academic setting, academic landscape, I would say an auction estimate would be $3,000 to $5,000. If we identify this location, $8,000 to $12,000 estimate on this. It's a wonderful, wonderful piece. It was such a treat. We just filmed a segment regarding this wonderful piece, and we had a few moments so we could complete a little bit of necessary research, and the view has been identified.

I love yellow, and when I saw the painting I thought, I want that. I thought that was so lovely in the picture. It is beautiful, and so research has shown us that that's Reed Hall, and it still stands today, though in a different color. Yes. They should've left it yellow.
