Civil Rights Leader Vel Phillips Recalls a Lifetime of Service in New Documentary Film

A new documentary film from Wisconsin Public Television (WPT) titled Vel Phillips: Dream Big Dreams tells the history of civil rights leader Vel Phillips — Wisconsin's first African American woman elected Wisconsin Secretary of State.
