Bucky Badger is an enduring figure and a symbol of pride for the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the entire state. Bucky!, a new historical documentary from PBS Wisconsin narrated by comedian Charlie Berens, will premiere on Tuesday, Dec. 2, on PBS Wisconsin.

PBS Wisconsin Education, in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Education, has released a new creative writing resource for educators designed to help students in grades 3-5 build confidence, write unique stories and celebrate their accomplishments. 

In an all-new season of Wisconsin Life, host Angela Fitgerald takes viewers on a trip around the state to visit their neighbors and uncover their unique stories. The new season premieres 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, on PBS Wisconsin.

As the United States approaches the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, PBS Wisconsin and community partners will host a special preview screening of the all-new documentary series THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION.

PBS Wisconsin Education and community partners are proud to announce the unveiling of two “Neighborhood Nooks” in Beloit. Neighborhood Nooks are spaces that invite young families to engage, outfitted with PBS KIDS activities and media that evoke self-exploration and learning.
