Four Season Cake
What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!
Chiffon cake is delicate. I was afraid it was going to flatten but I am really happy it didn’t!
How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?
My Wisconsin twist this week was showing Wisconsin’s four seasons. We are lucky here in the state to have four such different seasons and I love something about each of them. Winter: I love skiing, sledding, skating. Spring: Everything starts to warm up, I love planting flowers and our garden. Summer: Fast-pitch softball, family vacation, swimming, parks. Fall: All the colors are so pretty; I love picking apples, making applesauce, campfires, pumpkins. Wisconsin is the best place to live!
