Help! We Bought a Village
Season 2 premieres 7 p.m. Thursday, May 9
Meet the enterprising individuals restoring settlements heading steadily for collapse as they breathe new life into remote villages, hamlets, borgos and cortijos abroad. Travel across France, Italy, Portugal and Spain as you see these abandoned sites come back to life.
The Yorkshire Vet
Season 3 premieres 6 p.m. Sunday, May 19
Follow James Herriot’s real-life veterinary practice in his picturesque town in Yorkshire, as veterinarians Julian Norton, Peter Wright and their staff handle alpaca emergencies, out-of-control chinchilla populations, heifer hoof injuries, pygmy goats and more.

I Love Yorkshire Vet!!!! There are many more seasons and I hope PBS will continue to show them. The characters – vets, clients, AND animals are wonderful and the situations range from funny to fascinating to sometimes sad. It’s a great show.
