US Rep. Mark Pocan responds to the Madison school shooting

Congressman Mark Pocan this week addressed the shooting at Abundant Life School, which is in his district from the floor of the U.S. House.

Mark Pocan:
The Abundant Life community, the students, the staff, the parents are all victims of this traumatic experience. And what happened this week will live on in our memories. I urge all of my colleagues to think about what we can do to prevent us from having to stand here again for yet another moment of silence. We must do better, and we must turn these moments of silence into moments of action.
