With the NHS spending �15 billion a year on prescription drugs, urgent questions are being asked about the business practices of the world's biggest pharmaceutical giants.

We're going live now to Westminster, where the Commons Select Committee, set up to investigate, are interviewing senior government advisor Peter Mayhew.

-You authorized the multimillion-pound purchase of an anti-obesity drug, Lipocite?

-Not personally, no.
