I’m Frederica Freyberg. Tonight on “Here & Now,” new maps and a new Senate candidate has the state revving up for the November elections. The State of The Tribes address looks at victories and challenges ahead for 11 tribal nations in Wisconsin. What early absentee ballot counting would mean for communities of all sizes.
