Now to our nation’s capitol, where the House passed a bill this week to override the president’s national emergency declaration. Thirteen Republicans joined Democrats on the vote, including Wisconsin Representatives Jim Sensenbrenner and Mike Gallagher. The rest of the state’s delegation fell along party lines. As the bill heads to the Republican-controlled Senate, Tammy Baldwin says she will vote for overriding the president’s declaration, while Ron Johnson would not say.
