Know Your District: Wisconsin's 7th Cong. Dist.
Frederica Freyberg: We continue our look at Wisconsin’s Congressional districts with the 7th. The 7th Congressional District makes up most of northern Wisconsin, from Superior and to Tomah in the south. It includes the cities of Wausau and Marshfield. Before 2011, the area was represented by one of the longest-serving Democrats in the House, Dave Obey. Republican Sean Duffy won the open seat in 2010, and has represented the district since. On election day, he faces Democrat Margaret Engebretson and independent Ken Drissen.
