I’m Frederica Freyberg. Tonight on “Here & Now,” we dig into the latest with the Democratic candidates for governor and the abrupt departure from a leading candidate. The mayor of Menasha is with us on how his area is coping after devastating storms. Murv Seymour reports from ground zero, where Corey Ruiz was killed by a police officer, and the community is building support and election officials go head-to-head with prediction market giants. It’s “Here & Now” for July 31.
