The scores are in and Wisconsin high school students are tied for second in the nation for ACT scores. Wisconsin’s average score of 22.1 is higher than the national average of 20.9. That’s unchanged from last year. Wisconsin students tied with Iowa for second in the nation. Minnesota ranked number one with an average score of 23. 71% of Wisconsin high school graduates took the test.
