Wisconsin Look: Blank Proposes Free Tuition For UW Transfers

Blank announced plan to make tuition free for some first generation University of Wisconsin transfer students. Under the proposal, students who spent two years at one of the two year UW Colleges or some technology schools and are also the first in their family to go to college would get free tuition for their remaining two years at any UW university.
