I want to tell you My head is filled with things to say When you're here All those words, they seem to slip away When I get near you The games begin to drag me down It's alright I'll make you maybe next time around But if I seem to act unkind It's only me, it's not my mind That is confusing things I want to tell you I feel hung up and I don't know why I don't mind, I could wait forever I've got time Sometimes I wish I knew you well Then I could speak my mind and tell you Maybe you'd understand I want to tell you I feel hung up and I don't know why I don't mind, I could wait forever I've got time I've got time I've got time CLAPTON: Jeff Lynne.
[cheering and applause] [applause] I want a love that's right But right is only half of what's wrong I want a short-haired girl who sometimes wears it twice as long I'm stepping out this old brown shoe Baby, I'm in love with you I'm so glad you came here It won't be the same now, I'm telling you You know you pick me up from where some try to drag me down And when I see your smile replacing ev'ry thoughtless frown Yeah, you got me escaping from this zoo Baby, I'm in love with you I'm so glad you came here It won't be the same now when I'm with you When I grow up I'll be a singer Wearing rings on every finger Not worrying what they or you say I'll live and love and maybe some day Who knows, baby You will call on me I may appear to be imperfect But my love is something you can't reject I'm changing faster than the weather If you and me should get together Who knows, baby You may comfort me I want a love that's yours To miss that love is something I'd hate I'll make an early start I'm making sure that I'm not late For your sweet top lip I'm in the queue Baby, I'm in love with you I'm so glad you came here It won't be the same now when I'm with you I'm so glad I came here It won't be the same now when I'm with you I'm stepping out of this old brown shoe Baby, I'm in love with you Truly Truly gone Yes, I'm truly Truly gone Truly Truly gone Truly Truly gone Truly Truly gone Truly Truly gone Truly Truly gone Truly Truly gone [cheering and applause] CLAPTON: Gary Brooker!

Here comes the sun Here comes the sun And I say It's all right Little darling It's been a long, cold, lonely winter Little darling It feels like years since it's been here Here comes the sun Here comes the sun And I say It's all right Little darling The smiles returning to the faces Little darling It seems like years since it's been here Here comes the sun Here comes the sun And I say It's all right Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Sun, sun, sun, here it comes Little darling I feel that ice is slowly melting Little darling It seems like years since it's been clear Here comes the sun Here comes the sun And I say It's all right Here comes the sun Here comes the sun It's all right It's all right [cheering and applause] ANNOUNCER: Ladies and gentlemen, it's Monty Python.
[applause] Ladies and gentlemen, this is a very special night.
A night so overwhelmingly special that in its epic and superhuman specialness it surely transcends all previous specialnesses.
[laughter] All of us gathered here in this great hall of Albert-- named, strangely enough, after Albert Modley, a northern comedian, previously unknown south of Rotherham-- all of us here surely feel tonight wretchedly inadequate in the littleness of our celebration of the bigness of someone so hugely big in all our little lives, that his bigness and our littleness are like opposite poles... Oh, I didn't want to do this!
I don't want to go on all night giving tributes.
I wanted to be... a lumberjack!
Leaping from tree to tree, as they float down the mighty rivers of British Columbia, the giant redwood, the larch, the mighty Scots pine.
The smell of fresh-cut timber, the crash of mighty trees with my best girl by my side, we'd sing, sing, sing.
I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay I sleep all night and I work all day He's a lumberjack and he's okay He sleeps all night and he works all day I cut down trees, I eat my lunch I go to the lavatory On Wednesdays I go shopping and have buttered scones for tea He cuts down trees, he eats his lunch he goes to the lavatory On Wednesdays he goes shopping and has buttered scones for tea He's a lumberjack and he's okay He sleeps all night and he works all day I cut down trees, I skip and jump I like to press wildflowers I put on women's clothing and hang around in bars He cuts down trees, he skips and jumps he likes to press wildflowers He puts on women's clothing and hangs around in bars?
[laughter] He's a lumberjack and he's okay He sleeps all night and he works all day I cut down trees I wear high heels, suspenders and a bra I wish I'd been a girly, just like my dear papa He cuts down trees He wears high heels, suspenders, and a bra?
[grumbling] He's a lumberjack and he's okay He sleeps all night, and he works all day He's a lumberjack and he's okaaaaaay... Oh, Bevis!
I thought you were so butch!
He sleeps all night and he works all day [cheering and applause] Spam, spam, spam, spam Spam, spam, spam, spam Spam, spam, spam, spam Spam, spam, spam, spam Spam, spam, spam, spam Spam, spam, spam, spam [audience clapping rhythmically] [cheering] [audience clapping rhythmically] [applause] 1, 2, 3, 4.
Isn't it a pity Isn't it a shame How we break each other's heart And cause each other pain How we take each other's love Without thinking anymore Forgetting to give back Isn't it a pity Billy Preston.
Some things take so long But how do I explain When not too many people Can see we're all the same And because of all their tears Their eyes can't hope to see The beauty that surrounds them Isn't it a pity Isn't it a pity Isn't it a shame How we break each other's heart And cause each other pain And because of all their tears Their eyes can't hope to see The beauty that surrounds them Isn't it a pity Pity What a pity It's a pity Pity Pity What a pity It's a pity Pity Pity What a pity It's a pity Pity Pity What a pity It's a pity Pity Pity What a pity It's a pity Pity Pity What a pity It's a pity Pity Pity Isn't it a pity Isn't it a pity, yeah Isn't it a shame, shame, shame Isn't it a pity Isn't it a shame [cheering and applause] CLAPTON: Billy Preston!

You know, I loved George, George loved me, and I'd like to do two numbers for you tonight.
One George and I wrote together, it's called Photograph, and the meaning's changed now, of course.
And, you know, he loved Carl Perkins, so I'm gonna do Honey Don't.
Anyway, let's start with Photograph.
DRUMMER: 1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4!
Every time I see your face It reminds me of the places we used to go But all I've got is a photograph And I realize you're not coming back anymore I thought I'd make it The day you went away But I can't make it Till you come home again to stay I can't get used to living here While my heart is broke My tears, I cry for you I want you here to have and hold As the years go by and we grow old and gray Now you're expecting me to live without you But that's not something that I'm looking forward to I can't get used to living here While my heart is broke, my tears, I cry for you I want you here to have and hold As the years go by and we grow old and gray Every time I see your face It reminds me of the places we used to go But all I've got is a photograph And I realize you're not coming back anymore Every time I see your face It reminds me of the places we used to go But all I've got is a photograph And I realize you're not coming back anymore [cheering and applause] CLAPTON: They're throwing Jelly Babies at you!
STARR: Where?
[cheering and applause] Thanks for the Jelly Babies.
[applause] Hey!

STARR: I'm ready.

Thank you all for coming.
Thank you for, Olivia and Dhani, for inviting us all.
[applause] Sometimes if you go around to George's house, after you'd had dinner the ukuleles would come out.
And one time, not so long ago, we were playing.
And I said, "There's a song I do on the ukulele," I played it for him.
I'll play it for you now.
It's a tribute to our beautiful friend.
Something in the way she moves Attracts me like no other lover Something in the way she woos me I don't want to leave her now Well, you know I believe and how Mm hmm hmm mm mm Somewhere in her smile she knows That I don't need no other lover Something in her style that shows me I don't want to leave her now Well, you know I believe and how Ooh ooh ooh ooh oooh Well, you're asking me will my love grow I don't know, I don't know You stick around now, it may show Well, I don't know, I don't know Somewhere in her smile she knows That I don't need no other lover Something in her style that shows me I don't want to leave her now You know I believe and how You're asking me will my love grow I don't know, I don't know Just stick around and it may show I don't know, I don't know Something in the way she knows And all I have to do is think of her Something in the things she shows me I don't want to leave her now You know I believe and how [cheering and applause] [cheering and applause] CLAPTON: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Sunrise doesn't last all morning A cloudburst doesn't last all day Seems my love is up And has left you with no warning It isn't always going to be this gray All things must pass All things must pass away Sunset doesn't last all evening A mind can blow the clouds away After all this my love is up and must be leaving It isn't always gonna be this gray All things must pass All things must pass away All things must pass None of life's strings can last So I must be on the way To face another day Now the darkness only lasts at nighttime In the morning it will fade away The daylight is good At arriving at the right time It isn't always going to be this gray All things must pass All things must pass away All things must pass All things must pass away [cheering and applause] Thank you.
[applause] 2, 1, 2, 3, 4.
I look at you all See the love there that's sleeping While my guitar gently weeps I look at the floor And I see it needs sweeping Still my guitar gently weeps I don't know why nobody told you How to unfold your love I don't know how someone controlled you They bought and sold you I look at the world and I notice it's turning While my guitar gently weeps With every mistake we must surely be learning Still my guitar gently weeps I don't know how you were diverted You were perverted, too I don't know how you were inverted No one alerted you I look at you all See the love there that's sleeping While my guitar gently weeps Look at you all Still my guitar gently weeps While my guitar gently weeps Still my guitar gently weeps While my guitar gently weeps Still my guitar gently weeps While my guitar gently weeps Still my guitar gently weeps While my guitar gently weeps Still my guitar gently weeps [cheering and applause] [cheering and applause] [cheering and applause] Ready?
