Voters made clear their preference for the liberal candidates in the spring statewide races as victories and concessions ensued not long after the polls closed.
I’m Frederica Freyberg. Tonight on “Here & Now,” Zac Schultz recaps the historic race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Democratic chair tells us how they did it.
