WPT Get Up and Go! Appleton

Children and their caregivers are invited to attend Wisconsin Public Television’s PBS Kids Get Up and Go!, 10 a.m. to Noon Saturday, Aug. 3 in Appleton. This fun-filled, free event encourages children to live healthy and active lives and the importance of being good neighbors. Joins us at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium, home of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, 2400 N. Casaloma Dr., Appleton, Wis.

The family-friendly event will feature music, dancing, favorite PBS Kids characters, hands-on activities and crafts, community organizations and more. Families, day care groups and other childcare organizations are welcome to attend.

Special appearance by Daniel Tiger and Curious George.

Musical performances by PBS Kids musician SteveSongs.
