Eight Strand Plaited Loaf

Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

8 Strand Plaited Loaf, I am 11 and I did it all myself but my mom helped me with the braiding by telling me what order I was to do next. Next time I would make my top smaller to have a neater braid, but I think it is great.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

Stay with the recipe the first time and then try different things after I know how to make it.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used Wisconsin butter. I think I could have tried to add cheese or some fresh herbs from the garden too.
