Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?
A little of both. For the crackers, I followed the recipe because I had never made them before. For recipes I’m familiar with, I tend to add different flavors or spices.
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
I'm just simply serving them with Wisconsin cheeses. One kind of cracker is plain and the other is Basil Parmesan.
