Sausage Pie with Spinach and Curds

Tell us about your proudest moment – or humble failure – in this week’s baking challenge.

My crust was very moist and wouldn’t stand up around the glass. I added more flour a few times to make it stiff enough.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I decided to accent my pie with green and gold. I used Wisconsin sausage, Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds and spinach for the layers. The eggs were from our chickens.
