Chelsea Buns. I used Paul Hollywood’s recipe with currants, dried apricots, orange zest, cinnamon and brown sugar for the filling, and on top an apricot jam glaze and orange zest icing.
Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?
The buns look and taste quite good. I thought the edges would be softer; I might have overworked the dough a bit in my dough hook.
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
I kept to the recipe. I used Wisconsin organic butter.
