Give your creation a name – and tell us about your recipe.

CinnaMemorial Union Bread. I made up a recipe for cinnamon roll bread based off of a Polish sweet dough loaf, traditionally filled with poppy seeds. I used a cinnamon roll type of filling instead.

Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

Don’t be afraid to experiment with mixing and matching fillings and doughs. If it is a similar recipe, it will usually work just fine.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

The pattern in my bread reminded me of the chairs at Memorial Union in Madison! We have those chairs on our patio, so I took my picture outside this week.
