Eight-Strand Plaited Loaf

Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

Eight strand plaited loaf. I used Paul’s recipe from the BBC site.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

When I try something for the first time I strictly adhere to the recipe but the second time I like to go rogue

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I braided it a little differently than the recipe asked for and it needed up looking like a W! (Sort of!)

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
