Fraisier Trifle – I took the idea of the Fraisier cake and made it in a trifle bowl. This enabled me to see it while I built it and also add an extra layer of strawberries and cream!
Tell us about your creation's final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?
The sponge cake wasn't my favorite. The flavor wasn't anything special and it was a bit dense, but I got vanilla bean paste for the custard cream, and that was very yummy!

What's more Wisconsin than a potluck? I figured a trifle was a perfect way to make a fancy cake potluck-ready 🙂
