Chocolate and vanilla cream puffs. I made bite size cream puffs and filled half with whipped cream folded into Nutella and the other half with sweetened whip cream. Finished with a dusting of powered sugar; they were a hit with the family.
Tell us about your creation's final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?
Yes. They had a nice rise to them with a crisp exterior and hollow interior.

I used Wisconsin butter and cream.
