Give your biscuits a name and tell us about your recipe.

Parmesan crackers and multigrain crackers. The Parmesan were a hit with the family. The multigrain were a little thicker than I wanted them to be so they aren’t as crisp. I also over-baked them a little.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I had never made crackers before so I followed the recipe.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I used Wisconsin butter, cream and cheese.
