Braided Cardamom and Nutella Swirl Bread
Now that you’ve survived this challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?
This was an easy dough to work with. Instead of cutting the filled, rolled-up dough into pieces for traditional rolls, you slice down the middle, braid the 2 halves and swirl it into a circle. It was baked with a greased springform pan around the outside so it would hold its shape.
Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
I used Wisconsin butter and Cardamom, a Scandinavian spice, because I live in a Norwegian town in WI.
