Now that you’ve survived The Great British Baking Show’s first-ever batter challenge, what words of wisdom can you share?

Let it bake. We took these out of the oven just a minute or so early and they fell a bit.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

Again, we applied the Brandy Old Fashioned theme. The sauce was made with simmered bing cherries, fresh-squeezed orange juice and zest, brandy, and bitters. We surprised ourselves by how tasty it was!
