Give your bread a name and tell us about your recipe.

Three Cheese and Beer Flatbread. I combined two different recipes, one for Beer Flat Bread that I found on Pinterest and the other for Three-Cheese Flatbread that I found on Wisconsin Cheese Talk. Overall, it turned out, it was nice and soft but needed a bit more flavor.

Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I typically follow a recipe exactly the first time and make notes for adjustments if I make it again.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used Stone Arch Honey Wheat Ale from Appleton and all Wisconsin cheeses.

How did you do?

It’s not pretty, but it’s edible.
