I was a bit concerned about the cherry/lemon combination, so when I took that first bite I was very pleased. 🙂
Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
Nothing says Wisconsin like cheese curds, so that is the cheese in my cheesecake. For good measure, I added a bit of Door County cherry juice, Wisconsin apples (for the surprise inside the cake) and honey from Schmitt and Son’s Apiary in the Fox River Valley.
