Lemon Curd Tart with an Almond Crust

Now that you survived this challenge, what words of wisdom do you have to share?

I learned that one can make lemon curd in the microwave very easily! The gluten-free almond crust did not work well; it would not hold its shape when baking.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.

I added 3 red currents from my garden to the fruit topping. I would have added more, but this is the first season for the plant and there were only 3 berries!
