Would you describe yourself as a rogue baker, or do you strictly adhere to the recipe?

I usually stick to the recipe the first time I try a recipe. Then I learn where to enhance and adjust next time.

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist to your bread creation.

I used dark chocolate chunks from my local chocolate shop.
